Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Kimchi
  • 3 cups cooked rice a day old rice
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • Korean Paste
  • 1/2 cup toasted Kim/Seaweed broken into pieces
  • 3/4 cup grated mozzarella
  • *salt & pepper to taste
