- 2 cups or Shredded, Cooked Chicken alternative
- 2 cups or Raw Deveined Shrimps alternative
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 3 1/2 cups Sweet Corn Kernels
- 3 1/3 cups Broth of Choice
- 2 1/2 cups Milk of Choice
- 1 1/2 cups Diced or Grated Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Corn Starch
- Sliced Scallions for Garnishing optional
- salt & pepper to taste
