Quinoa Recipe
Quinoa lovers unite! Do you only eat quinoa when you're dining out? Let's be honest, it's a little intimidating to make… it took us countless "trys" till this one. You'll want to make big batches of this, trust us….and you're welcome!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Uncooked QUINOA
- 2 whole Garlic Heads
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onions
- 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
- 3 1/2 cups Broth of Choice
- 1 1/2 cups Spinach
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- Grated Parmesan Cheese OPTIONAL
