  • 2 cups Uncooked QUINOA
  • 2 whole Garlic Heads
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 3 1/2 cups Broth of Choice
  • 1 1/2 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese OPTIONAL
