Ingredients

  • 1 lb. saugage of choice casing removed 1 lb
  • 9 ozs. refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1.5 tbsp. garlic minced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 3 fistfuls spinach or chopped kale leaves
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsps. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps. Italian seasoning
  • *salt & pepper to taste
