- 1 lb. saugage of choice casing removed 1 lb
- 9 ozs. refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1.5 tbsp. garlic minced
- 1 cup onion diced
- 3 fistfuls spinach or chopped kale leaves
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsps. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps. Italian seasoning
