Beef Salpicao
You'll need cooked, chilled rice of your choice to pair with the Salpicao.
Ingredients
- 24 oz. Ribeye Steak Cut into 1-in Cubes
- 6 tbsp. Soy Sauce of Choice
- 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup or Sugar of Choice
- 8 cloves Minced or Thinly Sliced Garlic
- 6 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
